6th Texas Energy Forum 2025 Overview

The IN-PERSON 6th Texas Energy Forum 2025 is organized by U.S. Energy Stream, on August 27 & 28, 2025 at the Petroleum Club of Houston, TX.

This year’s topic: “Texas: The Energy Innovation Powerhouse”

From Houston, the heart of America’s energy capital, the Texas Energy Forum brings together U.S. Congressmen and energy leaders to foster a unique synergy between industry and policy. At the Texas Energy Forum, off-the-record conversations drive progress as participants share vital market intelligence and gain exclusive access to the insights shaping innovation across oil, gas, solar, wind, nuclear, carbon solutions, and beyond.
Now in its sixth year, the Texas Energy Forum has established itself as the premier bi-partisan, off-the-record energy intelligence, innovation & leadership summit in Texas, convening U.S. Senators and U.S. Congressmen, and top executives from the energy, manufacturing, finance, and technology sectors.

At the 6th Texas Energy Forum, we will dive deep into the strategies, policies, and innovative solutions that reinforce energy security for the United States and our allies and fuel economic growth—centered on Texas’s pivotal role in the global energy landscape. Key discussions will address the future of regulatory reform, tariffs, and tax incentives; advancements in oil, gas, and LNG markets; the expansion of power generation; and breakthroughs in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and charging infrastructure. The Forum will highlight advancements in solar and wind energy, nuclear power, hydrogen, biofuels, critical energy infrastructure, energy storage, and securing access to vital materials —all essential for meeting the world’s rising energy demands.

All proceedings are off the record, not for attribution or dissemination, and fully closed to the members of the press.

U.S. Energy Stream is the national energy intelligence leader engaging U.S. Senators and Members of U.S. Congress, senior government leaders, energy executives, and energy investors to successfully address energy policy of the Trump Administration. Petroleum Club of Houston

Petroleum Club of Houston

The Petroleum Club of Houston is the consequence of a vision, vigorous effort and accomplishment. The vision was shared originally by Wilbur Ginther, Howard C. Warren and Harris Underwood. The effort was expended by a score of oil industry leaders and the accomplishment is one of the nation's finest, most attractive clubs, towering above Houston's busy commercial avenues.

The inspiration for an exclusive, handsome club of and for the oil industry community was crystallized on January 31, 1946, when the Petroleum Club's charter was secured from the State of Texas. The Club’s original location was atop the Rice Hotel in Downtown Houston. To meet the requirements of an increasing membership and the greater demands for its services, the Club moved to the 43rd and 44th floors of the ExxonMobil Building in 1963. In January of 2015, The Club began its next chapter from the 35th Floor, penthouse level, of Total Plaza located at 1201 Louisiana.

Continuing a tradition of business deals sealed with a handshake, business is still sealed with integrity because our members and our Club epitomize honor and true fraternity.
