She has advised infrastructure sponsors, institutional investors, and governments on capital deployment strategies that account for grid constraints, regulatory structures, and long-term system performance. Her work often sits at the intersection of national policy priorities and large-scale infrastructure development, where regulatory clarity and political durability are essential to successful deployment.

Her advisory roles have included work with the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Department of Defense, the World Bank, and the European Union.
