As Senior Director of Government Relations at Deep Fission, Megan Williams leads engagement with federal policymakers, defense stakeholders, and international institutions to support regulatory alignment and long-term deployment of advanced nuclear infrastructure. Her work focuses on ensuring that complex energy technologies can be implemented within durable policy frameworks that align public priorities, regulatory oversight, and private capital.

Megan brings 25 years of experience shaping energy policy, infrastructure finance strategies, and public-private investment models across global markets. She has advised infrastructure sponsors, institutional investors, and governments on capital deployment strategies that account for grid constraints, regulatory structures, and long-term system performance. Her work often sits at the intersection of national policy priorities and large-scale infrastructure development, where regulatory clarity and political durability are essential to successful deployment.

Her advisory roles have included work with the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Department of Defense, the World Bank, and the European Union. Across these engagements she has supported the development of policy frameworks and investment strategies affecting energy security, emerging energy technologies, and global infrastructure investment. Her experience includes work across more than 60 countries and spans sectors such as advanced nuclear, renewable energy, and energy-intensive technology infrastructure.
