Distinguished Speakers at Texas Energy Forum

Ella Rose joined Foss & Company in April of 2025 to support building out the Construction Engineering team. Ella Rose is a registered Professional Engineer with an MBA in Finance and International Business. Her professional experience includes utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage with additional experience in nuclear and other thermal generating resources. She is continuing her pursuit of knowledge with a PhD in Systems Engineering, focusing on systematic solutions for the agriculture/food/energy nexus. Ms. Rose is passionate about teaching others how energy is generated and transmitted and has dedicated her life to serving at the intersection of clean energy and economic prosperity.
