Micah is a passionate business leader known for nurturing talent and expanding enterprises. He founded his first business at 16, then began his professional career as a "cold caller" in the insurance industry. By 22, he had become one of the youngest Director of Sales in Farmers Insurance and Financial Services, leading more than 120 employees. He earned President’s Council honors two years in a row and was inducted into the Farmers New World Life Hall of Fame.

Micah later served as VP of Business Development for a multi-industry conglomerate in Amarillo, TX, where he led international expansion into Mexico. Within a year, he launched and scaled a call center in Juarez that generated $12 million in new revenue and employed nearly 50 sales professionals. He brings deep industry knowledge across insurance, staffing, and business development, enabling him to spot growth opportunities others often miss. In addition to his role at Westwin, Micah owns and operates three companies spanning finance, energy, and agriculture.
