Distinguished Speakers at Washington Energy Summit

As Senior Vice-President, External Relations, Mr. Muttart provides strategic and functional leadership for the Company’s public policy, government relations, communications and Indigenous relations activities. He is based in Chicago. Before joining TC Energy, Mr. Muttart spent a decade leading external affairs and communications teams for Philip Morris International in London, Manila, Melbourne and Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Mercury, a public strategy firm, in Chicago. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Mr. Muttart holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
